Commissioners to Meet Monday Morning

The Marshall County Commissioners will meet Monday morning at 9:30 in their second floor meeting room of the County Building.

Their first item of business is Ed Charleston of Goodwill Industries.  County Assessor Debbie Dunning will present contracts for approval, Neal Haeck head of the County Highway Department will report on the activity in his department and County Attorney Jim Clevenger will give his report.

Allan Hux from the South West Lake Maxinkuckee Conservancy will discuss the possibility of sewer mains in the County’s right-of-ways and County Auditor Penny Lukenbill will present the mid-month claims and minutes from the September 7^th meeting.

The County Commissioners will consider an amendment to the Claims Prepayment ordinance and an amendment to the Itinerant Merchants ordinance.

The Commissioner will also hear public comments and questions at the conclusion of their meeting.
