On Monday, September 13th at 6:48 PM Officer Bridget Hite conducted a traffic stop at North Michigan Street and Skylane Drive. The stop was the result of officers receiving information that there was an active warrant out for 33 year old Joshua J. Hartman of North Michigan Street. He was transported to the Marshall County Jail and booked in on a $1,000 bond.
Later Monday night at 7:35 PM Officer Derek Workman conducted a traffic stop at Michigan Street and Skylane Drive on 49 year old Michael Dalton of Knox. During the investigation of the traffic stop Michael Dalton was arrested for driving while suspended with a prior. The passenger in the vehicle, 45 year old Denise Dalton also of Knox was arrested for an active warrant out of Marshall County for failure to appear on court fines and costs. Both subjects were transported to the Marshall County Jail. Denise Dalton was booked in on a $301 bond and Michael Dalton was booked in on a $750 bond.
On Tuesday, September 14th at 6:08 PM Officer Hite responded to the 200 block of Walnut Street after receiving a call of an intoxicated male in the alley. Upon arriving on the scene Officer Hite made contact with 54 year old Daniel Pearcy of North Walnut Street. Pearcy was arrested for public intoxication and disorderly conduct and was transported to the Marshall County Jail and booked in on a $1,000 bond.
