The 3rd Annual Lake Maxinkuckee Film Festival, “A Gift of Warmth” will feature a grand assortment of comedy films that reach through many decades of American film production. A gala evening on Friday, September 3,  is planned for Festival sponsors and will include a reception, live music, dinner under the stars and the film “Best Man at Grass Creek”, a comedy who’s location is a mere 30 miles south of Culver.

Step across the street to the Culver Town Park where, beginning at 6:00 PM , you can enjoy live entertainment, a picnic dinner, carriage rides,  and a host of other “Fun in the Park” activities. The evening concludes, at dusk, with the classic family musical comedy “Little Shop of Horrors” shown on a gigantic outdoor screen, under the stars and beside the shores of beautiful Lake Maxinkuckee.
