 The Marshall County Commissioners will meet Monday morning at 8:30 because the Drainage Board will not be meeting.  They have no agenda items to discuss. 

The Commissioner have a number of items on their agenda including Julie Fox the County Clerk will present the contract with Microvote and discuss her request to fill positions that will be vacated in the near future. 

Jackie Wright from Older Adult Services will be providing an update on how the grant monies are being used and County Attorney Jim Clevenger will present his report. 

The Commissioner will hold a public hearing on the ordinance amendment to increase the Plan Commission fee Schedule for structure building permits,  plan commission fees and the new fees for Wind Farms. 

Other agenda items include Christin Marvin-Ellis of Harvard Rick Management, second reading of the Wind Energy Conversion Systems to allow for wind farms with regulations, the Highway Department report by Neal Haeck and the Auditor’s report.

Joy Overmyer from Prices Nurseries will talk about Celebration Trees.  Price Nurseries was approached by an individual who would like to donate a commemorative tree to be placed on the courthouse lawn.   She will be requesting permission and guidance. 

The County Commissioners are expected to appoint a member to the Common Construction Wage Committee for the Union North School Corporation. 

The Commissioner’s meeting is open to the public for comments and questions.
