On Tuesday, June 8th at 4:51 p.m. Officer Derek Workman with the Plymouth Police Department arrested 21 year old, Andrew Thomas of 5th Road, after observing him walking out of the Northgate Trailer Park and knowing he had an active warrant through Marshall County. Mr. Thomas was transported to the Marshall County Jail and booked without bond. He was released on Wednesday, June 9th at 10:50 a.m. on his own recognizance.
Later Tuesday night at 10:02 p.m. Officer Workman arrested 44 year old, Elizabeth Walesiewizc of West Adams Street on an active warrant out of Marshall County for failure to appear on court costs and fines. He was transported to the Marshall County Jail and booked in on a $189 bond. She was released the same day at 10:50 p.m. after posting her bond.
On Wednesday, June 9th at 6:21 p.m. Officer Workman responded to the Plymouth Wal-Mart in reference to a shoplifter. Upon arriving at Wal-Mart Officer Workman arrested 19 year old, Mystesia Yeager of Maple Road for theft. She was transported to the County Jail and booked in on a $2,000 bond.
On Friday, June 11th at 12:25 a.m. Officer Tim Taberski with the Plymouth P. D. conducted a traffic stop on 24 year old, James A. Sapp. Sapp had a felony warrant out of Marshall County. He was transported to the Jail and was booked without bond.
Friday night at 9:24 p.m. Officer Jason Dobbins arrested 29 year old Ryan W. Lewis of Valparaiso on an outstanding warrant for failure to appear on a probation violation. He was transported to the County Jail and held without bond.
Then at 10:44 p.m. Friday Officer Paul Stamper conducted a traffic stop on 22 year old James Thomas Bellrose at the intersection of North and 1st Streets. Bellrose was arrested for an outstanding warrant through Marshall County and was booked without bond.
On Saturday, June 12th at 2:33 a.m. Plymouth Officer Wally Derifield responded to the Westgate Apartments in reference to suspicious subjects. Upon arriving at the location Officer Derifield arrested 28 year old, Mark Selmer of 12th Road, 25 year old Stefanie Powell, 27 year old Jason Hundt and 26 year old Erin Hundt all from State Road 17. They were all arrested for public intoxication and transported to the Jail. Each one was booked on a $500 cash bond. All suspects were released later Saturday after posting their cash bonds.
On Sunday, June 13th at 12:52 p.m. Officer Bob DeLee while patrolling the Kroger and Pizza Hut parking lots observed a female sitting in a parked car consuming a beer. After making contact with 53 year old Bertha L. Garcia of Plymouth she was booked for public intoxication and transported to the County Jail. Her bond was set at $500 cash.
Sunday afternoon at 4:29 p.m. Officer Dobbins responded to Plymouth Wal-Mart in reference to a shoplifter. Upon arrival Officer Dobbins arrested 31 year old, Marlaina M. Bloomfield of Walkerton area for theft. She was transported to the Marshall County Jail and was booked on $1,000 bond.
