03/10/10 On Friday, March 5th at 3:47 PM Officer Shanna Gilmer with the Plymouth Police Department was dispatched to Quick Clean Laundry in reference to a theft complaint. Upon arriving the female victim advised that a male subject had stolen money and prescription medication out of her purse. The suspect was later identified as 38 year old Matthew Simons of 703 Magnetic Parkway. He was arrested for theft and transported to the Marshall County Jail. Simons is being held on a $1,000 cash bond.
Later Friday night at 7:36 PM Officer Jesse Pippenger responded to Wal-Mart in reference to a shoplifter. Upon arriving on the scene Officer Pippenger arrested 61 year old Enestina Arriage of Jackson Heights Road was. She transported to the County Jail and booked on a $1,000 cash bond.
On Monday, March 8th at 8:47 PM Officer Jason Dobbins with the Plymouth P. D. along with a Plymouth Ambulance responded to 211 South Plum Street on a Domestic Battery complaint. After further investigation Officer Dobbins arrested 30 year old Michael P. Stuckmeyer of the Plum Street address for battery. He was transported to the Jail and booked on a $1,000 cash bond.
